About the Speakers
BLR Director of Partner Solutions, Susan Brodeur, has worked with enterprise and partner clients at BLR for over 10 years. With a background in HR consulting, she is able to assist clients in maximizing their use of the BLR products and services. Although she focuses on partner clients, she has worked with some of the largest Fortune 500 enterprise customers presently with BLR and enjoys onboarding teams of HR professionals.
BLR Account Executive, Steve McCready, has worked in HR compliance and with handbooks for over 14 years. He specializes in working with handbooks and was involved in the design of the current version of the Employee Handbook Builder. Steve continues to work closely with the product manager, the editorial team, and the developers to ensure clients have the features they need to build customized, legally compliant handbooks as efficiently as possible.
