About the Speaker

Steve McCready, BLR account executive, has been working in the HR compliance space since August 2009. Over that time, he has worked with private and public employers, as well as consultants, and various types of high reliability organizations (HROs), including professional employer organizations (PEOs) and staffing agencies. This experience has given him an appreciation for the various HR challenges different types of organizations face.
